Today was especially good as my honey made me feijoa porridge to eat in bed this morning. To make, you simply add the scooped flesh of a few fresh feijoas half way through cooking so the flavour infuses throughout. When serving add a couple of slices on top with a sprinkle of brown sugar - yum!
Yum! sounds good. I love the idea of the sugar at the bottom... will have to try that!
